I am responsible for the strategic planning, content creation, and operation of the various social media accounts for the Hitachi High-Tech Cougars, a women's basketball team belonging to the "W League" (Japan Women's Skateball League).
In just over two years of working together, the total number of followers on social media increased approximately fivefold. In particular, Instagram followers grew from less than 1,000 to over 12,000 and continue to grow steadily.
The Hitachi High-Tech Cougars, through their team activities, aim to enhance the value of "Hitachi High-Tech" by continuously disseminating information, primarily through social media, to not only the team's fans and basketball fans, but also to stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
