Seikadai produced the key visual for the 2024-25 Daido Life SV.LEAGUE MEN Suntory Sunbirds Osaka vs Tokyo Great Bears match, which was held at Ariake Arena on November 3rd (Sun, holiday) and 4th (Mon, substitute holiday), 2024.
● Request Details / Requirements <br>We were asked to create a key visual to adorn the memorable match, which will be the first volleyball tournament held at Ariake Arena since the Tokyo 2020 Games. While maintaining consistency with the SV League brand, we aimed to convey the "global power of volleyball and the passion of the players" by including international players, as this match symbolizes the SV League's goal of becoming the "world's top league."
● Implementation details / process
We created key visuals that were used extensively in various applications, including announcements of match and ticket information on the SV League website and social media, venue decorations and photo booths on match days, and the cover of the matchday program. Working with SV League staff, Seikadai's producers and designers handled the creative production, including the development of catchphrases. We responded quickly to the request, completing the key visuals in just two weeks and promptly handling the distribution of various data. Furthermore, since Seikadai had previously handled the production of the SV League's opening visuals, we were able to proceed smoothly, including adhering to tone and manner regulations and coordinating various materials.
● Project Results <br>Thanks to the fact that the matches between the two teams, both featuring popular players, were held in the Tokyo metropolitan area, the response was overwhelmingly positive from the moment the key visual was released. Ticket sales were strong, and the Ariake Arena was a great success, with over 10,000 visitors filling the venue to near capacity for two consecutive days. Many customers were also seen taking photos in front of the photo spots and wall decorations set up inside the venue, and the project was well-received both within and outside the SV League.

This marks the first time volleyball has been held at Ariake Arena since the Olympics. To allow fans to experience the excitement, the intensity of the players and the competition, and the world of the SV League, we had intense discussions within a limited timeframe and worked closely with you until the final product was completed.
