Seikadai produced the “Minamiashigara Soccer Festa,” which was initiated by Hinata Miyazawa (Manchester United WFC), the top scorer of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
● Request Details / Requirements <br>Hinata Miyazawa and her older brother, Keita Miyazawa, initiated a soccer clinic event in their hometown of Minamiashigara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The goal was to involve local students and businesses to build a sustainable operation and business model so that the event could be held annually. The event was held on June 23, 2023, approximately two months after the project was launched.
● Implementation details / process <br>The overall production can be broadly divided into the business side and the event side of production.
In business production, securing operating funds was the top priority, so we developed sponsor packages, planned and managed sponsor activations, and conducted sales activities. As a result, we successfully attracted a total of 8 companies and 1 organization (7 sponsoring companies / 1 cooperating organization / 1 supporting company), and there are high expectations for holding the event in the second year and beyond.
Furthermore, we have successfully established a relationship with Minamiashigara City, the hometown of Hinata Miyazawa, and will be holding a soccer clinic with Minamiashigara City as the organizer.
In planning and running the soccer clinic, we collaborated with the Kanagawa Prefectural Football Association through Minamiashigara City, inviting local children to participate. We actively interacted with the local children through shooting practice, mini-games, and autograph sessions.
